Reasons not to host in the cloud are few and far between. If you don’t host in the cloud, you will spend more in both CapEx and OpEx to manage your applications or websites in a traditional environment.
Unless you have compliance issues or data transfer/latency issues, there aren’t many good reasons for not hosting in the cloud. The best cloud providers, like AWS, provide so many features that can be deployed at the click of a button (instead of hours at the data center). There is no comparison to physical infrastructure.
