Hello!

Jon, affectionately known around the office as “Jonk” (Jon K.), wears two main hats at Atlantic BT: leading the continuous improvement of internal processes and serving as the system admin for the company’s Atlassian tools. Having climbed the ranks as a Developer, Project Manager, and Application Architect, Jon has a deep, hands-on understanding of how the team operates from the ground up.

He holds a degree in Computer Science (with a math minor) alongside an MBA certified in Decision Analytics. In his leadership role, Jon lives by three simple rules: make your teammate’s job easier, produce work you’re proud of, and drive the company’s success.

When he’s offline, Jon is an avid gamer. If it involves strategy and problem-solving, whether that’s board games, video games, card games, or complex puzzles, he’s completely in.
