Jon, known throughout the tech and local business communities as JJ, founded Atlantic BT in 1998 with a vision to solve complex business challenges through exceptional technology solutions. Over nearly three decades, his entrepreneurial leadership has expanded across industries; in addition to guiding Atlantic BT, he serves as the CEO of Comfort Monster Heating & Air.

Across all his ventures, JJ is deeply committed to fostering supportive, people-first work environments where continuous growth is the standard. Beyond his corporate leadership, JJ is dedicated to community resilience, serving on the Board of Directors for Triangle Family Services. Outside of the office, he is a dedicated hard worker who enjoys the simple things in life: whether he is at the beach, working on restoring Jeeps, or unwinding by a campfire.
