Hello!

Dave, also known at ABT by his last name “Dekker”, is one of our most senior team members, having joined Atlantic BT back in 2012. His tech journey began well before that, spending 2005 to 2012 at a prior company where he handled web development, Flash keyframe animation, and scripting for major marketing campaigns. Today, he channels that deep experience into leading our front-end team. Dave is genuinely passionate about coding for front-end web applications and loves keeping his finger on the pulse of the constantly evolving digital landscape.

While he provides a calm, steady presence at ABT, when he steps away from the screen, Dave is all about high-energy outdoor sports! You can usually find him downhill mountain bike racing, stand-up paddleboarding on lakes, oceans, and rivers, or heading out for a weekend of camping, hiking, and skateboarding.
