Our philosophy at Atlantic BT is to provide our employees with a rich, creative and collaborative environment to further their skills, interests and experience in their particular field, and possibly other fields in which they display interest.

All employees have a significant influence in shaping their career here at Atlantic BT, with input as to the technologies they want to use and explore, types and levels of responsibilities they want to take on, and the level of ownership they wish to accept for their immediate work, clients, department and the Company.

While we realize that work ethic and the services we provide to our clients are the highest priority, we aim to provide a fun, dynamic working environment for our employees.  With that in mind, additional cool things available to employees of Atlantic BT include:

• Competitive Foosball: Sharpen your foosball skills with our in-house foosball table and ultimately compete in our quarterly Foosball Tournaments for the coveted foosball trophy.
