Yolanda’s tech career started completely by accident when she filled a last-minute interview slot for an IBM internship in college. She got the job, changed her major, and never looked back!

Today, Yolanda brings over 30 years of industry experience, a BS in Computer Science, and an MBA to her dual role as Software Manager and QA Lead. She uses that perfect mix of tech and business savvy to manage capacity across the BA and Dev teams while directly leading QA. Her ultimate goal is to help her team grow technically while ensuring they deliver secure, high-quality software that solves clients’ needs.

When the laptop closes, Yolanda loves spending quality time with her family, listening to music, and diving into creative crafting projects; from crocheting and making custom t-shirts to designing floral centerpieces and gift baskets.
