Jen started her career as an Office Manager at a locally owned retail business in Memphis. That experience taught her that people were the most valuable asset to any company.
After moving to Raleigh, NC, she was looking for a company that put people first. She then accepted a position at Atlantic BT, where she was able to focus on the thing she was most passionate about: people.
Today, her role centers around the people and the company culture at Atlantic BT. It’s her job to recruit top talent and nurture our existing talent by cultivating a culture that provides opportunities to learn and grow.
When Jen is not at work, you’ll find her at a yoga class, on the green way, a local restaurant/brewery, at a music venue, or at home with her sweet husband.
