Company Overview
Conduent provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) software for business operations, government, and the transportation industry. The company was formed in 2017 as a divestiture from Xerox. Conduent’s headquarters are located in Florham Park, New Jersey, though their solutions and 93,000+ employees span across 40 countries.
The Ask
When Conduent branched off from Xerox, they subsequently lost their in-house development team. With each of Conduent’s products having its own website, that created a major maintenance and security gap. Understandably, Conduent’s priorities were focused on building a company separate from Xerox. They knew establishing an enterprise technology partnership would be necessary to ensure their sites continued to deliver the same great user experience.

Discovery
Development
Our relationship with Conduent began with the Atlantic BT team taking over the monitoring and maintenance of 20+ websites. We immediately implemented a DevOps process to span across our developers, Conduent team members, and any other external technology partners. We manage their version upgrades for WordPress, PHP, and all other plug-ins.
Design
We’ve helped to fill in any gaps along the way with design, UI, front-end development, and site architecture.

Through the enterprise technology partnership with Atlantic BT, Conduent ensures robust website maintenance, security, and a seamless user experience. By implementing a collaborative DevOps environment from the very beginning, we were able to provide Conduent with a trusted process for rolling out new features, across any website, and by any internal or external partner.
