The ask.
When Conduent branched off from Xerox, they subsequently lost their in-house development team. With each of Conduent’s products having its own website, that created a major maintenance and security gap. Understandably, Conduent’s priorities were focused on building a company separate from Xerox. They knew seeking assistance from an external partner would be necessary to ensure their sites continued to deliver the same great user experience.
The solution.
Our relationship with Conduent began with the Atlantic BT team taking over the monitoring and maintenance of 20+ websites. We immediately implemented a DevOps process to span across our developers, Conduent team members, and any other external technology partners. We manage their version upgrades for WordPress, PHP, and all other plug-ins. We’ve also helped to fill in any gaps along the way with design, UI, front-end development, and site architecture.
