How long does the selection process take?
Once the interview process starts we try to get each candidate through the process as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the process depends on availability for interviews so the length of the process will vary.

It’s kind of like the lottery; it depends on how many people apply. It takes time to sort through the resumes and interview candidates that, on paper, fit what you’re looking for. The initial contact can take as little as a day, but can also be a week or more, depending on how many applications are submitted and need to be reviewed.
