Overview
EnrollmentFUEL partnered with us to redesign their website with the goal of presenting a more professional, results-driven digital presence that speaks directly to their higher education audience. They wanted the site to clearly communicate who they are, showcase their full range of strategic enrollment management services, and make it easier for users to understand and engage with their offerings. Our team began with a Discovery phase that included in-depth stakeholder interviews, an information architecture workshop, and a peer and competitor analysis to shape the direction of both content and design. Using these insights, we created a streamlined site structure and user experience. Key improvements included a redesigned Courses page with a clearer hierarchy, a robust Resource Center with filtering by content type, and a mega menu that clearly organized services for quick navigation. Throughout the enrollment marketing website design process, we focused on elevating content clarity, usability, and visual impact; ensuring the final site positions EnrollmentFUEL as a trusted and strategic partner.

They wanted the new site to clearly communicate who they are and the full scope of their strategic enrollment management services. A key focus was improving content clarity, making it easy for visitors to quickly understand what EnrollmentFUEL does and how they deliver value. They also asked for a more user-friendly experience overall, along with the prominent display of impact-driven content such as statistics, industry trends, and ROI on the homepage to reinforce their credibility and results-oriented approach.
Our Custom B2B Website Process
Discovery
Our Discovery process began with stakeholder interviews to gain a deep understanding of EnrollmentFUEL’s business goals and the needs of their users. These conversations helped surface key insights about how the website could better reflect their value and support their enrollment services. We then conducted an information architecture workshop to structure the site’s content in a way that would clearly present their offerings and guide users toward the services most relevant to them. To align the design with stakeholder expectations, we also analyzed peer and competitor websites—identifying patterns, tone, and visual styles that could inform a modern, professional direction for EnrollmentFUEL’s new enrollment marketing website design.
Development
During development, we built flat HTML with the SCSS framework and leveraged some JavaScript with plainJS, Swiper, and CountUp.js.

Design
InBuilding on insights from the Design Inspiration Analysis and stakeholder interviews, we crafted a user-focused design that prioritized clarity, accessibility, and content engagement. To enhance the user experience, we introduced a new Resource Center with filtering capabilities, allowing visitors to easily browse and sort content by type—such as blogs, podcasts, magazine articles, and case studies. We also restructured the Courses page to establish a clearer hierarchy, making it easier for users to understand and navigate available offerings. Additionally, we implemented a mega menu design that organized EnrollmentFUEL’s strategic enrollment solutions into intuitive categories, helping users quickly grasp the full range of services at a glance.
