Our support specialists live and breathe the Internet and are familiar with just about any issue that might exist. Unlike most companies the first thing we do is take full responsibility for solving a problem, rather than excusing ourselves from responsibility. Most of the time we will help you solve a problem even if we find it’s not within the realm of normal support.
Regular Office Hours
During normal office hours you can usually reach us on the first ring by dialing our main number (919) 518-0670 or our toll-free number (866) 484-0921 and choosing option 8. If we don’t pickup leave a message and several personnel will be notified and we’ll call you back as soon as possible, normally within 5 minutes.

Emergency and After-Hours Support
Emergencies
If you have any of the following issues and you aren’t able to reach us using standard support then use the emergency support procedure below.
- Site or email down (be sure your Internet connection is working to other sites)
- Errors in sites that prevent transactions or are costing your business revenue
Dial (919) 518-0670 or our toll-free number (866) 484-0921 and choose option 8. You will be prompted to select emergency support. Leave a complete message with the phone number where you can be reached. As soon as you hang up an advanced notification and escalation system will page multiple technicians 24 hours a day to respond to your issue.
Note: Be sure that you do in fact have a true emergency. Egregious use of emergency support in non-emergency situations may result in additional charges or account cancellation.
Non-Emergencies
If you have a problem after hours that is not an emergency, simply submit a request with a description of your issue and we will usually handle it within a few hours.
