Regular Office Hours

Technical Support hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday. During normal office hours you can usually reach us on the first ring by dialing our main number (919) 518-0670 and choosing option 8. If we don’t pickup leave a message and several personnel will be notified and we’ll call you back as soon as possible, normally within 5 minutes.

Emergency and After-Hours Support

Emergencies

If you have any of the following issues and you aren’t able to reach us using standard support then use the emergency support procedure below.

• Site or email down (be sure your Internet connection is working to other sites)
• Errors in sites that prevent transactions or are costing your business revenue

Dial (919) 518-0670 and choose option 8. You will be prompted to select emergency support. Leave a complete message with the phone number where you can be reached. As soon as you hang up, an advanced notification and escalation system will page multiple technicians 24 hours a day to respond to your issue.

Note: Be sure that you do in fact have a true emergency. Egregious use of emergency support in non-emergency situations may result in additional charges or account cancellation.

Non-Emergencies

If you have a problem after hours that is not an emergency, simply submit a request with a description of your issueand it will be addressed during normal business hours.
