Our SLA Structure
100% Uptime Guarantee
Atlantic BT provides a 100% uptime guarantee for applications hosted on dedicated servers. Our guarantee is simple, in any month where we don’t maintain 100% uptime we will credit your entire hosting fee. The only exception to our guarantee is downtime that is caused directly by the client. Our uptime does not include planned maintenance such as upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Reliable Infrastructure & Hardware
Excluding scheduled maintenance, we guarantee that our data center will always have functioning HVAC and power. If a server is shut down due to power or heat problems, infrastructure downtime may occur.
We also guarantee the performance of all server hardware and components, including the motherboard, NIC card, RAM, hard disks and processors. Any failed component will be replaced within one hour after identifying the problem.
Complete Support
Support is available 24x7x365 and is provided by Atlantic BT’s own personnel. While many hosting companies provide 24x7 support, they don’t also build and support applications, so many issues that are not related specifically to the server hardware and software cause extended downtime if the developer can’t be reached. When Atlantic BT provides the development and hosting, we can support all necessary pieces and thus provide a single-stop solution.
Updates and Maintenance
Atlantic BT has the largest web development team in the Triangle, so we are able to easily handle the demands and scale of most client requirements as part of our normal operational SLA. We typically complete design updates within 1-2 business days and can complete expedited requests the same day, in most cases, at a 15% expedited rate. However, if a higher level of service is necessary we offer an enterprise retainer program.
Optional Enterprise Retainer
Atlantic BT offers enterprise retainer services to clients requiring service levels beyond those included in our standard updates and maintenance channel. Our enterprise retainer agreements are customized to the clients’ requirements. An Enterprise account receives the highest priority for work tickets, support, and other ABT services without expedited charges. An exclusive and secure customer portal will be provided by ABT to client to access and review tickets, invoices, server status, and work history.
