What you need to know

• Process: We offer an assisted transfer service to help move your site. This service is available for basic as well as e-commerce and dynamic websites.

  If you are transferring your own site we simply provide the appropriate account access (FTP, e-mail, database) and you can move your site at your leisure.

• Customer Responsibilities: The customer is an important part of the implementation process. We typically need the following cooperation from our customers when setting up a new account.

  • Registrar login and password (Register.com, GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.)
  • Customers should have access to change their e-mail client settings
