100% Uptime Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple: if there's any month where we don't maintain 100% up time for applications hosted on our dedicated or VPS servers, we'll credit your entire hosting fee. The only exceptions are downtime caused directly by the client, as well as planned maintenance for upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Reliable Infrastructure & Hardware
We guarantee that our data center will always have functioning HVAC and power, with the exclusion of scheduled maintenance. We also guarantee the performance of all server hardware and components, including the motherboard, NIC card, RAM, hard disks and processors. Any failed component will be replaced within one hour after identifying the problem.
24x7x365 Support
Since Atlantic BT provides the development and hosting, we're able to offer a total support solution with our own personnel. We monitor the sites we host down to the transaction level, and when problems are detected, we fix them fast. While many hosting companies provide 24x7 support, they don't also build and support applications. At other companies that means issues not related to the server hardware and software often cause extended downtime.
Updates and Maintenance
With one of the largest web development teams in the Southeast, we can easily handle the demands of most client requirements as part of our normal operational SLA. We typically finish design updates within 1-2 business days and can generally complete expedited requests the same day, at a 15% expedited rate. However, if a higher level of service is necessary we offer an enterprise retainer program.

Atlantic BT offers Enterprise Retainer Services to clients that require service levels beyond those included in our standard updates and maintenance channel. Our enterprise retainer agreements are customized to each client's requirements. Our Enterprise Retainer clients receive the highest priority for work tickets, support, and other ABT services without expedited charges. Additionally, an exclusive and secure customer portal allows clients to access and review tickets, invoices, server status, and work history.
