What Kind of Hosting

I want to create a website where people can upload their own videos. What kind of hosting will I need to accommodate that?

In our opinion, Flash is the best way to distribute video on the web (the same way videos are shared on YouTube). Technically just about any server will serve Flash video but a dedicated Flash media server will probably provide the best performance.
