Since 1999, Spanglish Unlimited has been an industry leader assisting companies nationwide in overcoming the language barrier. They are a service-oriented language consulting company offering a wide range of products and services in numerous languages including translation, interpretation, voiceovers, language training, seminars, transcription and customized solutions.
Why they chose us
Spanglish Unlimited came to us in need of an updated e-commerce solution. Their existing site design was out of date and wasn’t effective at capturing interest leads or product sales. Spanglish Unlimited wanted a fresh design that would be visually appealing as well as easy to navigate. In addition to enhancing the user’s experience, they also wanted to increase the functionality of the site with the ability for users to upload documents for translation services.
Taking all of their requirements and wishes into consideration, we combined a fresh, modern design with a robust e-commerce system. The updated design is easy to navigate and displays their many products as well as highlights their services. Two new forms allow for direct interaction from customers, where they can request information or upload a document for a free translation estimate within one business day. From an administrative standpoint, the new e-commerce system allows Spanglish Unlimited to maintain their product information themselves, virtually eliminating the previous need for costly web maintenance fees.
