Meet Matt Lemke

I enjoy the fast pace of the work and the thoughtfulness that goes into all the projects here at Atlantic BT. Things get done quickly but not without that crucial attention to detail, the best of both worlds. My time here at the office is spent keeping the data flowing freely and the servers humming, which keeps the tips of my fingers in a slightly numb state.

My time away from the office is spent doing family stuff, I have three great kids and really enjoy getting on their level and letting them show me how the world looks through their eyes. I enjoy golfing, hiking, and mountain biking. The kids are also always engaged in some sporting activity that keeps the family busy watching t-ball or soccer.

I also enjoy cooking new recipes and trying out the results on family and guests. I am currently trying to master the art of NC style barbacue, and am willing to try to cook anything on my trusty Weber. Suggestions of things to attempt to ‘barbecue’ are always welcomed.

I am a native of Syracuse, NY and quickly realized as a young adult that all that snow could drive a person crazy so I relocated to NC, Syracuse averages 115.3 inches of snow a year. I enjoy living in NC and try to get to the mountains and coast as much as possible.

My degree is in Computer Information Systems, and I enjoy learning new technology and trying to keep ahead of the changes. I enjoy my role here at Atlantic Business Technologies and especially enjoy being surrounded by all the creative and talented people who work here.

As Director of Information Technology Matt coordinates and configures all of the hardware and software that powers ABT, both in the office and at the datacenter. Matt is also responsible for client support and IT support and works closely with those teams to provide exceptional support and uptime our clients expect. Matt earned an AAS Degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY TC3.
