I guess I can be classified as an "east coaster" - I grew up in Connecticut, went to high school and college in Florida, and have been a happy North Carolina resident since 2004.

It's not surprising to find me in a job working with computers. I was hooked starting with my IBM PCjr when I was wee, and haven't met too many folk who knew their college major (Computer Science) from day one and never changed.

When not at work or otherwise on the computer, you can usually find me on stage. I've performed in many plays and musicals in the Raleigh area, generally with Raleigh Little Theatre, Cary Players, or Actor's Comedy Lab. More recently I've delved back into the improv world, and can be seen regularly at ComedyWorx in both short-form and long-form shows.

Of course, nothing's more comfortable than being at home and curling up with a good video game. And I try to squeeze in a few of hobbies like photography, golf, or trying out something new!

Jon graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Computer Science, and holds a Microsoft certification in ASP.Net. He has over 10 years experience in web-related roles, including development, business analysis, web analytics and project management.  In his programming roles, Jon has utilized various technologies such as C#, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, PHP and VB Script.  Jon also possesses the much coveted 'Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .NET Framework 3.5, ASP .NET Applications' certification.  This combination allows Jon to work well with clients by understanding their industry and developing desired and useful solutions.
