Regular Office Hours

Technical Support’s regular office  hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. During normal office hours, you can usually reach us on the first ring by dialing our main number (919) 518-0670 and choosing option 8. If we don’t pick up for some reason, leaving a message will automatically notify several personnel who will then make sure you receive a call back as soon as possible, normally within 5 minutes.

Emergency and After-Hours Support

Emergencies

The emergency support procedure below is designed to help if  you aren’t able to reach us using standard support and you have any of the following problems:

  • Site or email down (first be sure your Internet connection is working to other sites)

  • Errors in sites that prevent transactions or are costing your business revenue

Dial (919) 518-0670 and choose option 8. You will be prompted to select emergency support. Leave a complete message with the phone number where you can be reached. As soon as you hang up, an advanced notification and escalation system will page multiple technicians 24 hours a day to respond to your issue.

Note: Be sure that you do in fact have a true emergency. Use of emergency support in non-emergency situations may result in additional charges or account cancellation.

Non-Emergencies

If you have a problem after hours that is not an emergency, simply submit a request with a description of your issue, and it will be addressed during normal business hours.
