Yes, that&#039;s about right! We just recently launched our new site after making do with our old one since 2004. We have grown 40% each year and 60% in 2008 so we&#039;ve been doing all we can just to keep up, and we haven&#039;t had much time to invest in our own &quot;shoes&quot;.  However, we&#039;ve added some additional capacity recently and are pushing our own marketing to the forefront as time allows.

On a separate note from what I can tell Yelp is much stronger for B to C then it is for B to B, recommendations so it hasn&#039;t been a high priority. I have seen competitors pretty openly offer their customers incentives to complete reviews in Yelp, Google local, etc. but I prefer not to try and coerce feedback as it kind of defeats the purpose.
