Our Level I Support Technician James Costello provided readers with several solutions to avoid emails of multiple accounts from being dumped into one folder. Some of his suggestions included adding separate user accounts, creating rules to divert messages to separate folders and installing third-party software solutions such as WMIDs and Thunderbird.
