		<description>Yes, someone doing a search for &quot;Raleigh&quot; will definitely return more localized results for that area.  However I do believe IP address will have some bearing, but your IP address could be located in a nearby town, so that is more of a broad indication for Google to tell what area/region you are in.</description>
