However I do believe IP address will have some bearing, but your IP address could be located in a nearby town, so that is more of a broad indication for Google to tell what area/region you are in. Click "Coupons" and "add new coupon". Then create the coupon and apply it to the specific business listing. Raleigh plumbing service (searched from 100 miles away) vs- Plumbing service (search in Raleigh). Thoughts?
