Position: Account Manager / Inside Sales

Atlantic BT is seeking a dedicated, hardworking and ambitious Account Manager with strong communication skills and solid understanding of web development.
The Account Manager will be responsible for following up on leads, creating sales opportunities, servicing existing accounts, recommending solutions and developing custom proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to accurately identify prospects or clients' goals, requirements and/or problems.
- Propose custom and effective solutions
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Provide sales results to management
- Generate ideas and implement plans for increasing sales and leads
Customer Account Management Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive programs to:
- Manage client relationships
- Increase retention of existing clients
- Create uplift opportunities for existing clients
- Leverage company resources including employees, products and services to enhance clients’ overall experience.
- Use technology and creative marketing to inform, educate, and further develop relationships with current clients.
- Assist with creating and managing internal programs and rewards for customer satisfaction, retention and uplift.
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage:
- All current new business sales opportunities
- Updating and managing new business prospects database
- All incoming sales opportunities including internal leads, web site leads, and email marketing
- Technology and marketing efforts including SEO, Email Marketing, and Direct Mail
- Qualify all potential opportunities and sources within the organization
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly reporting and sales reviews
- Assist with creating and managing incentive programs for employees to generate leads and new business
- Engage in potential networking opportunities to further expand Atlantic BT’s reach in theTriangle marketplace
Individual will be accountable for:
- Monthly quota for uplift
- Monthly quota for new business
- Means metrics for customer satisfaction.

Atlantic BT is a fast-growing web development/hosting/marketing company focused on small to medium sized businesses. The success of our business is dependent on keeping our clients well-informed and happy. We are looking for someone who will help maintain the high level of service our clients have come to expect. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30.
Requirements
- Minimum of a AA / AS or related technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Technically or design savvy (previous experience with site development or design.)
- Strong working knowledge of web site development and the Internet
- Entrepreneurial work habits
- Dependable and professional
- Positive, self-motivated, quick learner
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to recognize tasks that need to be completed and willingness to take responsibility for them
Software
- Microsoft Office
- Dreamweaver and Photoshop are a plus
